At ICE Europe 2023 Sch\u00e4ferRolls, specialist for high-performance roll covers made of polymer materials, will present bundled network competence for innovative roll systems for the conversion of flexible web materials such as paper,\n film, foil and nonwovens together with its partner companies MWN Niefern, specialist for the design and manufacture of roll systems, :CCOR, full-service provider of CFRP roll systems with functional surfaces, and Nowack, expert for\n rubber roll covers for industrial rolls.<\/p>\n

The focus of Sch\u00e4ferRolls this year is placed on the newly developed special elastomer roll cover series 1Z22\/1Z14\/1P04. The new roll covers are an ideal solution for high-speed winding machines where excellent absorption of vibration,\n excellent compressibility and high mechanical stability are required.<\/p>\n

In addition, we will be presenting the proven HybriFlex two-layer roll cover concept at our booth in Munich. It is increasingly being used for pressure, nip and contact rolls in the film and foil industry. In this context, customers\n report higher efficiency due to reduced backside treatment and wrinkle-free winding results.<\/p>\n
