Operation and Plant Electrician (m/f/x)

As a maintenance employee (m/f/x) with a hands-on mentality, you will troubleshoot electrical faults in our machinery and take care of their repair. In addition, you will be actively involved in the start-up and optimisation of production machines as well as the further development of measures for the sustainable improvement of equipment availability.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

• planning, implementation and documentation of electrical maintenance, servicing and repair work on technical production facilities, equipment and machines, including building technology, in close cooperation with colleagues from the mechanical and production departments.
• troubleshooting, analysis and repair of electrical faults and failures of machines and equipment
• active participation in projects for start-up and optimisation of machines, plants and production processes
• supporting the development and implementation of measures for preventive maintenance, for increasing equipment availability and in the area of energy management
• independent preparation of electrical specifications as well as planning and support for the deployment of external companies for maintenance work
• ensuring compliance with legal and operational regulations and carrying out conformity, function and safety tests on all electrical equipment and machines including DGUV A3 tests

• successfully completed training in the field of electrics, electronics, mechatronics e.g. as an industrial electrician, electronics technician for industrial engineering or comparable – preferably with additional qualification as a technician or industrial foreman in electrical engineering (m/f/x)
• at least two years of professional experience in a comparable position in the maintenance of production plants or in machine and plant construction
• good knowledge of PLC control technology and MS Office applications
• practical experience in drawing up circuit diagrams and carrying out conformity and safety tests
• good written and spoken German
• customer and service orientation as well as understanding of process and production correlations
• reliability, independent and careful way of working
