Our customer’s goal was clear: significantly increase mechanical dewatering performance of the suction pressure roll in their tissue machine.

Our Solution: the SchäferRolls tisQ.X roll cover. Thanks to its excellent material stability, we were able to realise a well thought-out surface design that increased the open surface by more than 30%.

Our Promise: tisQ.X guarantees a higher water storage volume and optimised drainage paths for maximum dewatering efficiency.

The Result: With tisQ.X, the customer was able to significantly increase the dry content after the suction pressure roll. An added benefit: Thanks to its outstanding wear resistance, the tisQ.X cover exceeded its target lifespan – by up to 6 months!
